criktx Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the criktx platform ("Platform", "Site" or "Service") and its user ("User", "you"). criktx is an online casino and sports betting platform serving Bangladesh.

These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines. Together, these three documents form the complete agreement between you and criktx.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

criktx offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳16,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 → Total balance ৳31,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw the bonus funds.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers apply only to eligible users.
• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If bonus abuse or any attempt to fraudulently claim a bonus is detected, the account will be closed.
• criktx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on criktx are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined impartially using a Random Number Generator (RNG). In the event of any dispute by a user regarding a game outcome, criktx system logs will be considered final.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Betting odds may change at any time.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• Specific event rules apply when betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, football, or any other match.
• If an event is found to be subject to match-fixing or manipulation, the result may be declared void.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is improperly affected by a technical fault or network outage, criktx reserves the right to cancel that round or bet, and a refund will be issued where applicable.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the criktx platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Bonus abuse, bonus abusing, or attempting to fraudulently exploit any promotional offer.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
• Using collusion or unfair tactics against other users.
• Operating an account using a false identity or false information.
• Making fraudulent chargeback claims against criktx.

If a user is found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities, their account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Instructions from a legal or regulatory authority.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. If there is a remaining balance at the time of closure and all wagering requirements have been met, it may be withdrawn.

12. Changes to Terms

criktx reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time.
